CITY OF PORT LAVACA
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT – DISASTER RECOVERY (CDBG-DR)
The City of Port Lavaca invites all citizens to review and comment on a proposed amendment to its Hurricane Harvey CDBG-DR Program Contract No. 20-065-071- C198. This amendment will remove the acquisition activity for a drainage easement in Center St., between S. Juanita St. and S. Lavaca St., and will remove the street and drainage segment in San Antonio St., between West Alice Walker St. and South St. Additionally, the City of Port Lavaca wants to inform its citizens that it has allocated $1,060,880.05 in local funds towards the construction activity of its CDBG-DR Contract No. 20-065-071-C198.
A copy of the proposed amendment is available for review during regular business
hours at the City Hall located at 202 N. Virginia St., Port Lavaca, Texas 77979. Written comments may be submitted to the Office of the City Manager located inside the City Hall for at least 15 days starting on 2/9/2022 and ending on 2/24/2022.

SUBVENCIONES EN BLOQUE PARA EL DESARROLLO COMUNITARIO– PROGRAMA DE RECUPERACIÓN DE DESASTRES (CDBG-DR, POR SUS SIGLAS EN INGLES)
La Ciudad de Port Lavaca invita a todos los ciudadanos a revisa y comentar sobre la enmienda propuesta al contrato del Programa CDBG-DR Huracán Harvey No. 20-065-
071-C198. Esta enmienda eliminará la actividad de adquisición de una servidumbre de
drenaje en Center St, entre S. Juanita St. y S. Lavaca St., y también eliminará el segmento de reparación de calle y drenaje en San Antonio St., entre West Alice Walker St. y South St. Además, la Ciudad de Port Lavaca desea informar a sus ciudadanos que ha asignado $1,060,880.05 en fondos locales para la actividad de construcción de su contracto CDBG-DR No. 20-065-071-C198.
Una copia de la enmienda propuesta está disponible para su revisión durante las horas laborales de oficina en el Ayuntamiento de la Ciudad ubicado en 202 N. Virginia St., Port
Lavaca, Texas 77979. Los comentarios por escrito pueden enviarse a la Oficina de la
Administradora de la Ciudad ubicada en el Ayuntamiento durante al menos 15 días a
partir del 2/9/2022 hasta el 2/24/2022.
