The Port Lavaca Festival of Lights Parade will be held Friday, Dec. 3 at 6:30 p.m. The parade begins at Bayfront Peninsula Park and travels down Main Street to Virginia St. to San Faubian. It will conclude at Sandcrab Stadium.
