Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Port Lavaca, Texas, will hold a Special Meeting Monday, September 20, 2021 beginning at 6:30 p.m., at the regular meeting place in Council Chambers at City Hall, 202 North Virginia Street, Port Lavaca, Texas to consider the following items of business:
