Calhoun County is spraying for mosquitoes in all Districts of the County. Residents are encouraged to eliminate any standing water on their property, mow their lawns and if necessary, purchase and use pesticides locally on their property. Thank you for your cooperation!

Annual Chlorine Burn Procedure

Public Drinking Water Section Beginning Monday, July 9, 2018, the GBRA Port Lavaca Water Treatment Plant will utilize the alternate disinfectant protocol of break-point chlorination as  a temporary substitute for the chloramines regimen normally employed.
