Power Outage Reporting

power outageDispatchers ask that you do not call the during a power outage asking what’s causing it. It ties up the phone lines unnecessarily. The majority of the time they do not know why or how long the power outage will last. Phone lines get so busy with these calls it could hinder a caller that has information or prevent dispatch from getting an outside line.

If you have a power outage, contact AEP 866-223-8508 or www.aeptexas.com
